Q: How do I book a ride?

A: You can request a quote through our website or by calling/emailing us directly. We’ll provide the details and process your request. Reservations can then be completed online, where you’ll be able to securely enter your credit card information.

 

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant system, ensuring your credit card information is encrypted and handled with the highest level of security.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards. Corporate accounts and invoicing can also be arranged upon request.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All bookings require payment at the time of reservation.

 

  • Black Cars (sedans, SUVs, sprinters): Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.

  • limousines, Buses & Motor Coaches: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the trip. Cancellations within 30 days of service are non-refundable.

 

Q: Do you offer hourly service?

A: Yes. You can reserve a chauffeur by the hour for flexible travel with multiple stops, or choose a one-way transfer for direct point-to-point trips.

 

Q: Do you provide airport transfers?

A: Absolutely. We specialize in reliable airport pickups and drop-offs. our system is equipped to monitor flight arrivals and adjust pick up times if needed.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We serve all of Florida and can also arrange transportation through our trusted affiliate network worldwide.

Q: How many passengers can you accommodate?

A: Our fleet ranges from luxury 6-passenger SUVs, 12-14 passenger sprinter vans, 10-passenger limousines, 20 & 30 passenger party buses, 24 to 36-passenger executive buses, and 55-passenger motor coach.

 

Q: Is gratuity included?

A: Gratuity is not included in the base fare, as we want clients to experience our service first. It may be added to your final bill or given directly to the chauffeur in cash at your discretion. We suggest a gratuity of 20% for exceptional service.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

A: Advance booking is highly recommended to guarantee availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests
